She is also a certified Business Process Master /Facilitator having earned her certification in Canada in 2006. She is currently a Partner in Cornerstone Performance International Inc., a boutique firm specializing in process management disciplines, process improvement and trainings where she had coached and managed several business-process redesign projects for clients

• Relevant experience in accounting policies, government procedures and policies, including in-depth and hands-on experience in supply chain management more specifically in procurement, transport and freight forwarding/consolidation processes.
• Notable from among her impressive track record is her stint in AVON Cosmetics, Inc., from 2003-2008, as Regional Director for Business Transformation overseeing 47 different projects across the APAC region and working closely with the country GMs and each of the project leads. Mandates ranged from front-end of the value chain sales leadership, to IT consolidation and migration of legacy systems and matrix cluster restructuring, to back-end distribution and supply chain transformation, to marketing harmonization of products for efficiencies and savings, to freight forwarding and logistics transformation.
