Chel brings 30 years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Development, having held pivotal leadership positions, including Human Resource Group Head at three distinct banks: a unibank, a savings bank, and a development bank, two of which are publicly listed. She is a certified professional coach specializing in both executive and life coaching, and she is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Texas, USA through Benchmark Consulting.

As an International Consultant for Human Resource Management, she is recognized by Shore Cap Exchange, an organization supported by prominent shareholders including Shorebank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Chel has also served as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEOs of EastWest UniBank and Planters Development Bank (now ChinaBank Savings), showcasing her versatility and capability in high-pressure environments.

Her diverse banking experience spans functions such as Branch Banking, Corporate Support Services, and Credit, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Currently, she works as a Transformation and Change Management Consultant at Veterans
Bank.

She has contributed to the field through her authoring of “Value-Adding HR,” published by the People Management Association of the Philippines.

She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Clarisse has almost (32) years of professional experience in the banking industry where she headed various significant positions in Legal Dept., Trust Dept., Agency Services and Special Account Management Dept. of Far East Bank. Following the merger of BPI, she headed the Asset Management & Trust Group, Legal/Compliance/Product Development & Management Dept.

In early 2006, Clarisse moved to BDO Private Bank Wealth Advisory & Trust Group as Head of Trust & Estates/Legal/ Structures where she focused on wealth management, designed and created bespoke structures aimed at meeting clients’ unique needs from simple estate planning to complex family office under trust. At the time of her retirement from BDOPB in February 2015, she was First Vice President and Head of Special Structures/Family Office.

Vilma M. Constantino is the President of IHUB Corporate Business Services, Inc. (IHUB), a domestic corporation with office address at 414 Cityland III cor. V.A. Rufino and Esteban Sts., Legaspi Village, Makati City. IHUB is a corporate service provider, offering business services that cover company formation, business setup, compliance, and support services for different segments of a corporate entity's operations.

Vilma is one of the founders of IHUB, navigating the course of a start-up company to its present status as an established business organization. Vilma concurrently holds the position of Finance Officer of KAV Holdings Corporation, Product Sourcing Consultant of Edison Distribution Co., Inc., and Corporate Secretary of Westrim, Inc., and two other corporations. She has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Master of Technology Management. She obtained both degrees from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. Her early work experience includes a stint as an industry research specialist in a government agency and entrepreneurial ventures.

Annette is an accomplished HR and organizational development professional with expertise across diverse industries including Energy, Electronics, Software Development, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and BPO. Her HR experience encompasses talent acquisition, labor relations, compliance, training, employee engagement, and succession planning.

She has extensive experience in establishing and managing shared services firms, significantly growing operations and service offerings from inception to full complement.

Annette is a leader in integrating HR strategies with business objectives, fostering enhanced human capital through effective people programs. She is skilled in recruitment for emerging talent in engineering, software development, finance, healthcare, and high-volume hiring.

Annette holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. In addition, she is a licensed Social Worker, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work.

Monina’s life purpose is to give back and be of service to people as her way of thanking God for His blessings. Having designed HR interventions/OD during challenging stages of various organizations she handled, Monina understands that attracting and retaining the right talents are crucial for companies to emerge stronger and be sustainable. Her involvement in executive coaching is a logical progression which springs from her appreciation of the innate potential of every individual which she believes can be unleashed and maximized through proper guidance and mentoring.

Monina draws from her vast experience spanning various industries (banking, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare having worked in companies of a leading conglomerate in the country (Ayala Group of companies) for more than 40 years, and taking on assignments in different parts of the globe – specializing in integration and acquisition studies and alignment, effective key talent management and designing and implementing programs that will sustain high employee level of engagement. To widen her exposure and understanding of the business, she was also assigned to head Customer Relations and Marketing in one of her assigned companies

She was tapped as one of the Executive coaches for identified Accenture key officers by Benchmark Consulting, and Mynt , a subsidiary of Globe to name a few and currently doing some HR consultancy services for VIA Optronics Philippines Inc. involved in the design of camera.

She is an AB Psychology graduate and dean’s lister at St. Scholastica’s College, an MBA candidate at La Salle Business School. She participated in a 3-month online Harvard Leadership program. She was part of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s (APEC) pool of international resource speakers on different HR programs, a certified professional coach of Benchmark Consulting and a member of the Philippines Management Association of the Philippines’ Society of Fellows.

Now a retired Executive, and happily married to a lawyer husband with one son. She intends to pursue her passion to continue to help people excel through coaching and mentoring and in helping people find their right fit in organizations needing their talent.
