• Denis has been senior executive in the freight forwarding, mining engineering and banking industries in South Africa and Canada.
• In South Africa, he was responsible for international export sales to Europe, Israel, Iran and UK as well as Research and Development of mining support systems and Marketing and sales.
• In Canada he introduced Sales and Marketing to Royal Trust as an SVP and later at Bank of Montreal held various positions: SVP Emerging Businesses, SVP Continuous Improvement, SVP Personal and Commercial Financial Services, SVP Private Banking and SVP and Director of the Faculty of Leadership and Change at the Institute for Learning.
• He developed his consulting practice – Cornerstone Performance International Inc. engaged in coaching and training leaders in USA, Canada, Holland, UK, Ireland, Germany and the Philippines.
• In the Philippines, he was the executive director of the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia.
